When your pc turns on, reconnect the printer. Try lrxmark use the Windows 7 driver from the Lexmark website. Doing this usually fixes minor communication issues. This solves the issue. Here's a link to this great service Good luck!

Chuck, I certainly sympathize with "tech support" that isn't, and with you on printers that don't get new drivers when new versions of Windows com out. Make sure that the USB ports are working by trying a known working device. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. I have this exact same problem.

Right click on it, select lexmsrk, and select "Network Properties" Tab. How can this be resolved.

This way it will transfer data to the scanner so that when at the scanner, that computer will be in the list of places to send a scan job. If you see a new Lexmark scsnner object in the list, try to print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.
